Insight Global's client in the Construction space is hiring for a Survey Party Chief to work onsite in a full-time permanent position to lead field survey operations in support of a wide range of civil construction projects. This role involves coordinating daily survey activities, ensuring accuracy and safety in the field, and working closely with project managers, field supervisors, and technology teams to support layout, machine control, and data collection needs.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of construction surveying experience
Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans
Knowledge of survey control, layout procedures, and field documentation
Experience performing layout for earthwork, utilities, paving, and structures
Ability to maintain accurate field notes, control logs, and as-built documentation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting machine control systems (updating control files, verifying models, etc.)
Familiarity with Trimble survey equipment and software
Background in site development, roadway, or infrastructure projects
