The Student Information System (SIS) Engineer plays a pivotal role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SIS solutions. This resource will be handling Service Level 2 tickets which could consist of configurations, bug fix, setting up rules and permissions, etc. The resource will be supporting the Student Finance team through Anthology.
What youll do:
1. Technical Solutions: Develop and maintain technical solutions to respond to business needs using Workflows, SQL and custom code.
2. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with business partners to understand and address business issues promptly.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear communication to stakeholders, including customer support for existing tools and integrations with other vendor solutions.
4. Configuration Management: Actively engage in and rigorously test configuration of business rules, new Programs/Courses, Financial Aid and User Permissions.
5. Documentation: Create detailed documentation for new processes and technical solutions.
