Required Skills & Experience
• 6–8 years of hands-on engineering experience authoring automation, libraries, or platform tooling that other engineers consumed. Portfolio, repositories, or specific authored systems you can speak to in depth during interview.
• Fluency in PowerShell and at least one general-purpose language (C#, Python, or equivalent) at the level of authoring maintainable libraries — not single-purpose scripts.
• Demonstrated history of refactoring or replacing legacy systems, not solely operating them.
• Working fluency with enterprise observability (Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Log Analytics) for the purpose of instrumenting systems you build.
• Comfort participating in incident management, RCA, and operational rotations as a shared team baseline — sufficient to contribute, not as the center of the role.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; the judgment to operate with minimal oversight on complex builds.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Azure and AWS migration experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation, or equivalent).
• Experience working within Agile scrum on engineering deliverables.
• Open-source contributions, public repositories, or other artifacts demonstrating sustained authorship.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
