Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join their team. This person will be overseeing 2-4 teams (30 people). It is critical that this person can ownership & drive deliverables for projects through the full lifecycle. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in office.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Management experience
Management experience at Mid-Level to Enterprise Level companies
Strong experience managing deliverables execution for large scale technical projects
Experience with Java Technologies (Java, Kafka, MongoDB, etc)
Experience leading 3 teams (5-8 people each or larger)
Software Engineering background
Longevity in Career
