Job Description

This role will lead a demand generation team responsible for driving pipeline growth across Cybersecurity and Data Protection solutions, outbound sales campaigns, Field Marketing and ABM initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B demand generation leader who can step into an active, event-heavy quarter and maintain strong execution, budget discipline, and sales alignment with minimal ramp time.
This is a continuity-focused leadership role designed to maintain momentum and performance during Q2.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in demand generation
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Experience supporting sales functions
- Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI
- Exp within Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach.io, and/or other MarTech platforms
