Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Sr. HRIS Analyst for a leading organization undergoing a major HRIS transformation. This individual will play a key role in standing up and optimizing an Oracle Fusion environment from the ground up. The ideal candidate brings both strong technical HRIS expertise and a deep understanding of HR operations, enabling them to assess current systems, design scalable processes, and partner closely with leadership. Day-to-Day:
• Assess current HR/HRIS environment and identify gaps
• Support implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion
• Build and document HRIS processes from the ground up
• Partner with HR leadership and CoEs to align system capabilities with business needs
• Drive system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and leadership
• Participate in team meetings (including Tampa travel 1–2x/month)
• Provide strategic insights on HR tech and process efficiencies

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong HRIS technical experience
• Microsoft Office expertise
• Oracle Fusion experience (Workday or PeopleSoft acceptable as alternatives)
• Deep understanding of HR business processes
• Proven ability to build HRIS systems/processes from scratch
• Experience assessing current HRIS landscapes and implementing improvements
• Comfortable with outreach and stakeholder engagement across multiple channels
• Ability to think creatively / outside traditional frameworks
• Experience with process documentation/whiteboarding solutions
• AI proficiency/familiarity with AI tools in HR or systems
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen for ASAP start
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience specifically leading HRIS transformation initiatives
• Experience in shared services or enterprise HR environments
• Prior healthcare industry experience
