Job Description

In this role, you will support senior management with vendor due diligence and contract scoping, while helping size project efforts and assess capacity to prioritize incoming work. You will lead and manage multiple moderate to complex enterprise projects through planning, execution, and delivery, selecting the appropriate methodology, traditional, Agile, or hybrid, to ensure successful outcomes. You will align stakeholders on expectations, milestones, and timelines, and hold both internal and external resources accountable to project goals.
You will facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, resolve issues through structured discussions, and guide the creation of testing, communication, training, deployment, and transition plans. With strong technical and analytical skills, you will evaluate risks, solve complex problems, and interpret technical instructions to support effective decision‑making. Additionally, you will optimize project processes, adapt or improve procedures when needed, communicate progress to executives, and assist with onboarding and mentoring new project managers and team members.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s Degree in an information technology, engineering, or finance-related field
-Minimum of 5 years of managing projects with cross-functional systems and application teams
-Experience working for financial institutions, credit union, or large bank.
-Ability to exhibit strong project management skills, experience, and capabilities, consulting/supporting large-scale projects and/or strategic initiatives
-Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation
-Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies, tools, and frameworks with enterprise-level application development projects in addition to Waterfall methodologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience gathering requirements for large enterprise level projects
-Experience supporting project relating to debit cards and Zelle
