Sales Manager/Director

A client of Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee strategic sales efforts across the Western United States. This position focuses on accelerating revenue growth, building and mentoring a high-performing distributed sales team, and driving key initiatives within complex, multi‑state enterprise markets. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency, sharp business insight, and a proven track record of leadership within enterprise‑level sales environments.

-8 to 12 years of experience in enterprise tech sales
-3 to 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role
-Experience managing multistate territories
