As a core member of the team, you will support end-to-end workflows related to user access, governance processes, stakeholder engagement, and product awareness. Youll also serve as a key point of contact for users and teams across the firm, helping to ensure a high-quality experience with GPT-powered tools and strong alignment with internal risk, compliance, and reporting standards.
Monitoring, Governance & Adoption Enablement
Assist with monitoring and governance processes for ChatGPT Custom GPTs and the new ChatPwC Assistant, helping shape and refine the program.
Coordinate governance-related workflows, particularly around the review and approval of custom GPTs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies by liaising with relevant governance, risk, and compliance teams.
Provide guidance to users on AI capabilities and communicate tool features, limitations, and best-use practices in an accessible and engaging manner.
Act as an enthusiastic ambassador for Generative AI adoption across PwC.
Data Analysis & Reporting Support
Analyze datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging issues in user activity, access trends, or GPT performance.
Contribute to the development and refinement of internal tracking, reporting, and workflow dashboards.
Apply a practical understanding of reporting tools to support transparency and insights for leadership.
User Support & Escalations
Serve as an additional point of contact for user inquiries and escalations, including during live office hours, team inbox monitoring, and Viva Engage channels.
Respond with clarity, professionalism, and a user-first mindset.
Cross-functional Liaison
Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and support continuous improvement.
Help capture and synthesize user needs and feedback to inform product strategy.
Additional Contributions
Maintain awareness of product developments and AI trends to inform enablement efforts.
Support related operational, communications, or reporting needs that contribute to the broader GPT Enterprise program.
Support day-to-day operations of the GPT Enterprise product team, including meeting prep and task tracking.

3-5 years of professional experience as a project coordinator
Proficiency in Excel and data handling (e.g., pivot tables, filtering, analysis).
Foundational understanding of Generative AI and experience as an end-user of tools like ChatGPT.
Demonstrated ability to interpret data sets and surface patterns, trends, or anomalies.
