Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is seeking a detail oriented in-house Paralegal with superb writing and research skills. This resource will be responsible for supporting a broad range of practice areas that are currently split amongst 3 lawyers in this non profit Higher Education institution. Some of these practice areas include: drafting and reviewing legal documents, legal research, corporate governance, and immigration.

-3-5 yrs experience as a Paralegal (in house or law office)

-Associates Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies

-Superb legal research and writing skills, such as analyzing case law, and drafting legal documents, such as contracts and memos.

-Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
