Job Description

A New Student Advisor is the student's FIRST impression of the organization. This is a call center position where they will contact students on a regular basis to build and maintain a relationship and serves as the students advisor and first point of contact to ensure questions are answered and concerns are resolved. Assist students with questions related to course navigation, academic policies, course expectations, technical assistance, and other student support services. It is important for the NSA to have a very upbeat and welcoming personality, and also follow through on tasks they promise students they will do; get them set up with a tutor, provide them with certain resources, etc. They'll make 80-100 outbound calls a day through an auto dialer system.

- Shift: Tues - Sat (Tues - Thurs at least one day 12-9pm and the other 9-6:30, Friday 9-5:30, Saturday 9-5pm EST)
