L&D - Senior Learner Experience (REMOTE)

Insight Global is hiring 3 project managers for Learning and Development events for one of our big 4 customers. The roles involve project execution (handling logistics for in-person, regional, and virtual events), using tools like LMS, and potentially some travel (20-25%) though travel is not mandatory. Ideal candidates possess 3-5 years of hands-on learning and development experience with large-scale event execution. Must come from a large corporate and/or professional service firm background with strong L&D cultures. The L&D Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. Supports the planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting and may include instructor sourcing and live session operational support.

High school diploma (Bachelor's preferred)
3-5 years of Learning and Development experience for a large corporation or professional services firm (Big 4 preferred)
Hands on L&D experience from a project management perspective
Registration, communications, learning requests, etc.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud-based tools.
Experience setting up learning requests in LMS
Experience drafting and sending learning announcements, tracking replies and attendance

L&D experience at a Big 4 firm
Experience with the tool "Cvent"
