High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Accurately enter cash receipt information into the company's accounting system.
Verify and reconcile cash receipts with bank deposits and other financial records.
Maintain and update customer account information.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial records.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
