Job Description
The Project Manager – Real Estate & Design (RE&D) Technology is a member of the Technology PMO responsible for delivering technology workstreams associated with office buildouts, relocations, and workplace modernization initiatives across the firm’s Americas locations. This role focuses on managing the technology components of Real Estate & Design projects, including audiovisual systems, network infrastructure, server room and data center requirements, and technology deployment for new or renovated offices. The Project Manager partners closely with Real Estate, Design, AV/Collaboration, Network Engineering, and Facilities teams to ensure technology environments are delivered on schedule and aligned with firm standards. This position requires strong coordination across technical teams, architects, construction partners, and vendors to ensure seamless technology integration into workplace environments. Duties include the below:
-Manage the technology delivery for Real Estate & Design projects across Americas offices including office relocations, renovations, and new site buildouts.
-Coordinate planning and execution of technology components such as AV systems, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and server room requirements.
-Partner with Real Estate, Design, and construction teams to align technology requirements with office design and build schedules.
-Facilitate collaboration between internal technology teams (AV, Network, Infrastructure, Security, Workplace Technology) and external vendors.
-Ensure technology deliverables align with firm architecture standards and operational requirements.
-Manage vendor engagement related to AV installations, cabling providers, and technology implementation partners.
-Track project schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
-Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies across design, construction, and technology workstreams.
-Provide regular project updates to PMO leadership and regional stakeholders.
-Support planning and coordination of technology readiness activities during office openings and relocations.
-Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
-Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure technology readiness aligns with construction milestones.
-Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
-Track tasks, dependencies, and key milestones across the project lifecycle.
-Manage change requests impacting scope, schedule, or budget/expenses.
-Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and reporting processes.
-Provide clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
-3-8 years of experience managing technology or infrastructure projects.
-PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
-Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
-Experience supporting office buildouts, relocations, or workplace technology implementations preferred.
-Experience managing technology initiatives related to office buildouts, relocations, or workplace modernization.
-Knowledge of audiovisual technologies, conference room systems, collaboration tools, and workplace technology environments.
-Understanding of network infrastructure planning including IDF/MDF rooms, cabling, and connectivity requirements.
-Experience working with architectural firms, construction partners, and real estate teams.
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
-Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and technical teams simultaneously.
-Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project planning capabilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Smartsheet experience a plus.
