Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a structured, AI coaching program. This initiative gives individuals dedicated 15-minute sessions to work through live workflows in real time, guided by AI Coaches every step of the way.
This role will oversee the full lifecycle of the program — from pilot launch through scaled rollout across multiple offices and Lines of Service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of project management or program coordination
Corporate events, and/or L&D experience
Can build and manage timelines, track dependencies, and maintain clear communications across teams
Uses AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms)
Stakeholder management skills
Organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail with strong follow-through
Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise updates for senior leadership and documentation
Comfortable working independently as a contractor with minimal oversight
Track logistics, schedules, rooms, match people with coaches, stakeholder communications, material communications, surveys, document repository management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience managing pilot programs or phased rollouts in environments that are dynamic and evolving
L&D
Experience supporting or coordinating learning programs, workshops, or facilitated team sessions
