This position is responsible for leading the test and quality assurance efforts for new and enhanced software applications and SaaS solutions. The Program Test and QA Analyst will develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive test plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust, and secure applications. This role requires deep technical expertise in testing methodologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work within development teams. Collaborating closely with internal subject matter experts, this role will drive strategic initiatives, identify and resolve defects, mitigate budget risks, and develop effective process improvements.
1. Provide strategic leadership in cross-functional collaboration with program and project managers, developers, and analysts to shape project vision and architect robust, enterprise-aligned test strategies that ensure the integrity and scalability of software and SaaS solutions. 15%
2. Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts, covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.15%
3. Estimate testing efforts and contribute to project timelines and resource allocation discussions.10%
4. Lead the development of the test strategy and oversee the execution of test cases, identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug tracking systems.10%
1. Perform thorough root cause analysis for identified defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.10%
2. Lead ad-hoc testing and exploratory testing to uncover issues not covered by formal test cases. 10%
3. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, processes, and tools within the department. 10%
4. Develop and maintain departmental test procedures, standards, and reporting mechanisms, aligning with overall IT standards. 10%
5. Utilize and advocate for automation testing where appropriate, assisting in the development and maintenance of automated test suites. 10%

-A minimum of 4-6 years experience in managing IT projects.
-In lieu of bachelors degree, a minimum High School diploma and 10 years of IT test work experience may be considered.
- Strong leadership, planning and organizing, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong Program Management Office (PMO) experience.
-Must have demonstrated sound technical knowledge in areas relating to Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Program Management Office (PMO), and project portfolio analysis.
