Power BI Developer - INTL Romania

As a Power BI developer at your primary role will be to deliver
Power BI dashboards to support our Service Management team(s) for various organisational
metrics (e.g. Financial, ITSM, etc.). You will transform raw data into cohesive, valuable
reports capturing meaningful business insights.
Report and Dashboard Development
Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports
using Power BI Desktop.
Create custom charts and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights.
Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance and scalability.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI
solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure reports
meet their requirements.

PowerBI Reporting
Create visualizations (native MS, DAX and Custom visualizations)
Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data calculations and
modeling.
Familiarity with Power Query for data transformation and cleansing.
Experience with SQL and relational database is often a plus.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Data analysis skills
Pulling data (SQL, cloud, MS sourced data, sharepoint, excel, Alteryx, Databricks, Azure)
Leverage MS Forms/Power Apps and Power Automate to help with data collection
Strong communication, detail oriented, self starter, proactive

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
Experience with data governance and security practices
