Job Description

Insight Global is looking for 2 experienced Payroll Reconciliation Analysts, located in India, to support payroll and finance operations by researching, resolving, and clearing outstanding reconciliation items. This role is heavily focused on backlog reduction, controls support, audit documentation, and reconciliation activities rather than payroll processing.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in payroll accounting, payroll finance, reconciliations, controllership support, record-to-report (R2R), or audit-related functions.
Demonstrated success resolving high-volume reconciliation issues in a control-focused environment.
Understanding of payroll data flows into finance systems, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex discrepancies.
Advanced Excel skills, including managing trackers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting internal controls, audit requests, compliance documentation, or similar governance activities.
Background in shared services, global business services, or large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with payroll systems, ERP platforms, and reconciliation tools.
Experience identifying trends and recommending process improvements based on recurring issues.
