The L&D Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. Supports the planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting and may include instructor sourcing and live session operational support.

Strong Excel/Google sheets skills (i.e. pivots, reporting, etc.)
Learning Management System (LMS) or comparable system knowledge, Cvent or Cornerstone system experience,
Project management/managing multiple priorities, writing skills (clear concise emails, announcement writing, etc.)
Onsite or Virtual event delivery experience
