Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for an L3 Support Engineer to join their team. The role is remote/work-from-home, requiring someone who is driven and highly self-managed. The L3 Support Engineer will be responsible for application troubleshooting, debugging and pipeline deployments. Review logs and triage level 3 application or deployment issues, assist L2 and work with L4. A strong level of customer service is required. They will be focused on Kubernetes, AKS, Azure, Docker, Azure cloud PaaS and Azure cloud services.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-7 years of experience in application support and pipeline deployments
- Must have a combination background of troubleshooting and deploying pipelines
- Azure cloud (or AWS)
- Azure Kubernetes (or Kubernetes) and Docker
- ADO/Azure DevOps (or Github or Jira) for CICD pipelines
- PowerShell scripting (or Bash, Shell)
- SSH (CyberArk, Splunk or other tool) - managing servers via RDP session
- KQL and SQL
- Customer service/support
- Understands ITIL principles
- Pulling logs and resolving production issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Terraform and ARM templates
- ITIL
- Splunk
- KQL
- SQL
- RabbitMQ
