Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain XSLT transformations to convert XML data into target formats (XML, JSON, HTML, etc.)
• Implement canonical-to-target data mappings for various business entities (claims, payments, transactions, etc.)
• Build reusable XSLT templates and transformation logic for scalable solutions
• Integrate XML transformations with enterprise systems, APIs, and middleware platforms
• Design and maintain XML schemas (XSD), DTDs, and data structures
• Validate XML data against schemas to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Handle namespaces, XPath expressions, and XML standards compliance
• Develop and maintain XML/XSLT-based applications and services
• Write efficient, reusable, and optimized XSLT code for high-volume data processing
• Optimize transformations for performance and scalability
• Perform XML and XSLT validation using tools and schema checks
• Develop automated unit tests (e.g., JUnit, XML diff validation) for transformations
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for regression and release validation
• Debug XSLT transformations and resolve XPath, namespace, and mapping issues
• Troubleshoot data issues across upstream and downstream systems
• Provide production support and root cause analysis for transformation failures
• Work with business analysts, QA teams, and integration teams to gather requirements
• Document mapping rules, transformation logic, and interface specifications
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and design discussions
