Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mail Clerk/Scanner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately scanning documents and data entry into various systems. This role requires proficiency in computer skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Scanner will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and supporting our administrative functions.

Required Skills & Experience

Scan documents and images into electronic databases with high accuracy.

Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly inputted into ERP systems and databases.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data collection, including the creation of pivot tables for reporting purposes.

Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

Assist with order entry processes as needed, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.

Conduct transcription of documents when required, ensuring clarity and precision in the final output.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Support clerical functions such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
