A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Workday Integrations Developer to work hybrid 2-3 days a week in Tampa Florida. They will work closely with the HR Technology manager for development of WorkDay and Kronos/UKG integrations and system configuration. The organization completed the implementation a year ago, but need an individual with strong integrations experience. The ideal candidate will be able to understand configurations and also immediately assist with their reporting as this is a current painpoint for them. They will also need to have great communication skills so they can speak clearly to non technical folks and speak with vendors.

-At least 3 years of experience with Workday Integrations. Integrations to UKG specifically is preferred.
-Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio
-Very strong communication skills and ability to speak in both technical and non technical terms
