Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Facility Supervisor to join their team. The Facilities Supervisor will serve as the day to day operational leader for the facilities maintenance crew and act as the primary, single point of contact for Facilities leadership. This individual will be responsible for building, managing, and overseeing their own team of technicians while ensuring work orders are planned, organized, and executed efficiently in a healthcare environment. This role requires a highly self sufficient, dependable leader with broad multi trade facilities knowledge, strong people management skills, and the flexibility to support operations across varying shifts as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Broad facilities experience across multiple trades, including:
o Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Doors/hardware
o Ceiling tiles and grid systems
o Minor electrical (lighting, ballasts)
o Minor plumbing
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and build teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision making skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working in hospitals or clinical settings
• Knowledge of infection control requirements
• Familiarity with ICRA and ILSM processes
• Experience working in critical patient care spaces
• Use of containment booths and environmental controls
