Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven Executive Sourcing Manager to support executive and senior-level hiring across multiple advisory and consulting business units. This individual will function as a strategic executive recruiter, focused heavily on market research, passive candidate generation, talent mapping, and candidate engagement for high-impact leadership and niche technical roles.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple searches simultaneously, and is comfortable partnering directly with senior stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Lead sourcing efforts for executive, partner-track, and senior leadership searches across consulting, technology, operations, and advisory functions.
• Develop talent maps, competitive intelligence reports, and market research to identify high-caliber passive candidates.
• Build and maintain pipelines of executive-level talent across consulting, financial services, and technology sectors.
• Partner directly with hiring partners and senior stakeholders to align on search strategy, target companies, and market positioning.
• Conduct candidate outreach and engagement for highly competitive, difficult-to-find talent.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches across several business platforms and specialty practices.
• Present candidate market insights, talent landscape findings, and recruiting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize sourcing technologies, AI tools, and recruiting platforms to identify and engage top talent.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate documentation throughout the search process.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
7 + years of corporate recruiting experience with at least 3 years of recent EXECUTIVE search experience.
• Skilled in sourcing and recruiting passive candidates for senior-level, director-level, VP-level, or executive positions (Executive search)
Strong experience supporting technical recruiting efforts, including positions involving:
○ Azure
○ Cloud Engineering
○ SAP
○ Oracle
○ Workday
○ Enterprise technology transformations
• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following environments:
○ Big Four Consulting
○ Management Consulting firms/professional services
○ Financial Services organizations
○ Enterprise technology organizations
Demonstrated ability to conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Executive search firm experience (e.g., Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, Spencer Stuart, Russell Reynolds, Egon Zehnder, etc.).
Experience recruiting for consulting firms such as Accenture, Alvarez & Marsal, AlixPartners, or other strategy and advisory organizations.
Experience recruiting leaders from major financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, Citi, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, or similar organizations.
