The Engineering and Maintenance Manager leads a team of engineers, maintenance experts, admin staff, and contractors to plan and support maintenance work. A four-year degree from an ABET accredited university or college
5+ years of experience working in power plants, specifically in technical support, maintenance, or operations.
3-5+ years of leadership experience, either managing people directly or leading projects in those same areas.
A bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineering License
10+ years of experience working in power plants, specifically in technical support, maintenance, or operations.
8+ years of leadership experience, either managing people directly or leading projects in those same areas.
