Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support technician for a large healthcare company in Tampa, Fl. This position will be in charge of providing white glove service to end users located in clinical settings and performing PC, Laptop and software refreshes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a "hands on" environment doing software and hardware installations, configuring Windows PC equipment, and providing level 2 and 3 troubleshooting. They will be unboxing equipment, tracking inventory and assets, designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining of IT infrastructure on Microsoft Windows. This technician will be supporting an ongoing refresh project for the hospital. They will be responsible for refreshing and imaging all hardware, software, and peripheral accessories for a PC and Windows 10 based environment. The hospital is expected to refresh 1200+ devices this year. As this is hospital setting, strong communication skills is essential to the role.
