An employer in Tampa, Florida is looking for a REMOTE Data Entry Representative. This person will:
Process service and access requests for various applications
Use ServiceNow as mail point of intake for tickets- Requests flow their there. They will swivel chair to whichever application they need to work on. They will provision or process that request based on the ticket. Fill out ServiceNow responses and close out the tickets. Will be taking between 45-100 tickets/service request touches per shift.
Quality check data as tickets come through, follow processes to enter data into system and close out tickets.
There will be no inbound or outbound calling in this role. All communication will be via chat, email, or through internal systems. 90% of requests are user permissioning requests.
