Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Specialist. The Customer Experience Specialist will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. This person will be given an account to focus to ensure that work orders are fulfilled, and the customer is satisfied.

** This is not a call center environment. These consultants will be communicating with buyers and internal teams to ensure that orders are being fulfilled.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SAP exp
Sales or Customer Service exp
Experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry
