Design, configure, and develop components within SailPoint IdentityNow, including lifecycle manager
processes, access request workflows, and certifications.
Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with enterprise systems (on-premises and cloud).
Develop custom workflows, rules, and connectors to meet compliance requirements.
Collaborate with IAM architects to align technical solutions with security policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve engineering-related issues in IdentityNow.
Implement RBAC, SoD, and other governance controls.
Collaborate with operational teams for solution handover and provide documentation and training.
Support automation initiatives for identity lifecycle processes.
Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and industry trends.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields (or equivalent work
experience).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English.
Ability to work across technical and business teams in a Global Organization.
2-5 years of engineering experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
Strong understanding of identity governance & administration principles.
Experience in configuring and customizing connectors and workflows in IdentityNow.
Proficient in Java, BeanShell, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs and SCIM.
Experience in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash or Python.
Solid understanding of directory services and cloud identity platforms.
Familiarity with authentication & authorization standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth 2.0).
Strong troubleshooting skills for IAM challenges
SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer certification.
Microsoft Certified: SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
Microsoft Certified: SC-900 Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
CISSP or CISM certifications.
Other relevant IAM/security-related certifications
