Insight Global is hiring for a CMDB analyst that is local to the Tampa area. They will be responsible for IT Service Transition and Operation processes and procedures specifically Change, Configuration, and Problem Management. Responsible for design, implementation, reporting and execution of all Change, Configuration, and Problem Management efforts for both Corporate and regulated assets as defined by ITIL, and Corporate Standards. They will provide guidance and support in developing and managing the underlying, departmental procedures and work instructions that support process effectiveness. They will. They will participate in daily operations with business partners, subject matter experts, and the compliance team to ensure processes are effective and continuously improved. They will lead projects, cross-train peers, and consult to develop robust compliance processes. Additionally, they implement change, configuration, and problem management processes, ensuring team compliance and knowledge. The role also involves providing guidance and expertise in planning, designing, and improving these management processes.

-5+ years of experience performing the duties of a CMDB analyst
-Experience with ServiceNow CMDB
-ITILv3 or ITILv4 foundation certification
-Experience working in an industry with a highly regulated environment (utilities, healthcare, finance)
-Bachelors degree in computer science or business
