Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Cleared Aeromechanical Engineering resources to support their federal customer in the Greater Tampa Bay area. This person will be responsible the engineering and design of unmanned aerial vehicles and systems. They will perform 2D design of parts for fabrication and assembly, develop and analyze mechanical systems for aircrafts like engines, airframes and more. They will also aid in the manufacturing process ensuring the parts meet quality and performance standards and conduct simulations, testing and prototyping to do so.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience the aerospace or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical or a related engineering field.
Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks or CATIA)
Experience with UAVs or RC aircrafts
Currently holds a Secret Clearance
Understanding of AS9100 and ISO 9001 regulatory standards
Familiarity with 3D printing technologies
Experience with Finite Element Analysis and Computational Fluid Dynamics
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Master's degree in the above degree fields
Experience with Star-CCM+ and XLFR
