Insight Global is hiring for a Business Systems Support Associate to join one of our clients in the financial services industry. This person will be joining the Deployment Technology team that is responsible for driving the evolution of capabilities, experience, and business value of their future-ready, consumer-grade resourcing and deployment solution.
This team will coordinate and/or deliver all services related to the deployment and resource solution, guided by data, SAFe Agile, and human centered design principles, to optimize outcomes through operational and innovation value streams.
The responsibilities of the Business Systems Support Associate are to:
Provide ticket/case support during firmwide expansion for our Deployment systems and processes.
Creating/maintaining documentation such as SOPs, QRCs, FAQs, etc.
Completing "business as usual" processes as outlined in those SOPs
Troubleshoot technical issues & communicate updates to users until issue is resolved
Escalate complex technical issues for assistance with troubleshooting efforts
Use effective troubleshooting techniques and ask probing questions
Create and maintain documentation
Leverage reporting from various sources and analyze to drive outputs as efficiently as possible
Monitor queue of technical issue requests in accordance with SLAs
Identify process improvement opportunities

Prior experience with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
Microsoft Suite
Working knowledge of Deployment systems & processes
Excellent oral and written communications
