Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities
• Run and analyze financial reports
• Perform account reconciliations
• Upload and manage month-end reporting packages
• Review and validate commission statements
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure process alignment and data integrity
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and financial accounts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
