Job Description
This Account Executive will be responsible for driving growth and expansion across the Pacific Northwest, a key territory that has recently been realigned to support increasing demand. This role blends hunting and farming, building new business while continuing to grow an established customer base. The Sales Executive is expected to proactively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and close collaboration with partners, rather than relying on inbound leads. This is a full‑cycle, mid‑market SaaS sales role requiring the ability to run discovery, deliver product demos, align license‑based solutions to customer needs, and execute a consistent, repeatable sales motion. Average deal sizes are around $50K and performance is measured primarily on quarterly results and overall plan attainment. The ideal candidate has experience selling technical solutions such as digital signage and brings a strong sales background with the ability to operate independently and manage a book of business with minimal oversight. Candidates should be based on in‐territory, comfortable with limited regional travel as needed. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of consistent performance, longevity in past roles, and a coachable mindset. This Sales Executive will own their territory end‑to‑end, know when to pull in leadership, and operate with a high level of discipline, energy, and accountability, someone who opens doors and creates momentum rather than waiting for opportunities to come to them.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ year of experience as an Account Executive
Sales experience with Mid-Market to Enterprise level customers
Sales experience selling SaaS/Software to the end user of the product
Hunter mentality: willing to cold call & go after new clients
Experience leading a demo to senior stakeholders
Experience closing and negotiating deals at $50k+ for Mid Level to Enterprise Level Customers
Willingness to travel as needed for clients
Experience co-selling with partners in sales
