A client in the financial services technology industry is seeking a Pega Engineer to join its Servicing Technology organization. This organization is building a best-in-class case management platform to service their customers using modern open-source technology operating in the cloud. The role of this Engineer is developing complex, large scale enterprise applications. Daily tasks will largely revolve around writing code and testing, and remainder of time will be collaborating with stakeholders through ongoing product/platform releases. The Engineer will function as a member of an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation). They will collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and other scrum teams to deliver a quality product. Also, they will participate in code reviews and automated testing. Candidates must have a good understanding of developing and maintaining various system integrations which include application to application integrations, services, internal and external APIs, file transfers, and SQL queries.

Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related degree
5+ years of software development experience in Pega
Knowledge and experience on Pega 8 versions and Pega Senior System Architect Certification (Pega CSSA) certified
Deep knowledge on Pega Case Management, application security, integration rules (connector and services) and Pega's layering concept to support reusability.
Familiar with Agile or other rapid application development methods
Experience in Dispute, Fraud, or any case management domain
