Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Ultrasound Echo Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role involves preparing and operating ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic echocardiographic procedures. Each day, the technologist ensures machines are stocked with essential supplies such as syringes, needles, contrast agents, electrodes, and towels to support efficient workflow. The position requires coordination with fellow healthcare professionals to manage both inpatient and outpatient assignments. In addition to conducting ultrasound exams, the technologist is responsible for preparing patients, explaining procedures, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Accurate documentation of findings and maintenance of patient records are critical. The technologist also performs routine equipment checks and reports any issues or supply shortages. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
