Job Description

This role is designed for a QA/QC professional who has Interest in developing their leadership capability over time and contributing to continuous improvement in quality processes and team effectiveness. While prior supervisory experience is not required, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, influence, and a desire to develop into a lead or supervisory position. As a senior Quality Inspector with a path to leadership, you will be responsible for participating in the plant’s quality assurance program, ensuring that the medical device and processes meet quality control standards. Responsibilities include reading and comprehending instructions, following established procedures, selecting components according to specifications and required schedules, checking output to ensure the highest quality, maintaining equipment in good condition, reporting on issues, malfunctions, or defective parts, and performing other duties as required. Will be using Microscopes to conduct inspections.

SCHEDULE
-10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday during training
-Training takes 1-3 months depending on person
-Friday- Sunday 12 hour shifts is schedule after training
NOTE: Will be compensated for 40 hours though only working 36 hours

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma
3-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or Quality Inspection environments, including hands‑on inspection, issue identification, and participation in corrective actions.
Regulated manufacturing environment is required
Motivated to grow into a lead or supervisory role
Prior experience informally leading, mentoring, training, or supporting others
