Job Description
A water testing company is looking for a Sales Support Associate to join their team as a direct hire resource. This role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and high‑quality responses to customers. It focuses on developing and maintaining long‑term, trusting relationships with business partners through continuous follow‑up, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the consistent delivery of solutions that support growth and long‑term objectives. The position requires providing exceptional customer service across phone, email, and other electronic communications, using product expertise and quick problem‑solving skills to address real‑time issues, educate customers, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities also include supporting the promotion and sales of Lovibond’s technologies, presenting and showcasing products, managing customer onboarding and implementation projects, and assisting the sales team with daily administrative functions such as quotes, proposals, and sales documentation. The role involves qualifying and routing leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, generating reports, analyzing sales data, staying current on industry trends, and collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure smooth sales operations. A high level of professionalism, integrity, organization, and confidentiality is required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, attend work and meetings reliably, and consistently uphold Lovibond’s core values of Integrity, Transparency, Respect, Performance, Excellence, Accountability, and Communication. This position is required to be on-site Monday-Friday from 8AM-4:45PM. Targeting $23 an hour.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven sales aptitude with experience using CRM systems
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Maintains a professional demeanor in all internal and external interactions
Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines
Fast learner who works independently with accuracy and consistency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
Collaborative team player who works effectively in a team environment
