A healthcare provider is growing their networking team. This is an evolving role. Initially it will be ticket resolution through ServiceNow and vendor conversations will take place to create vendor related tickets for ISP issues. Additional conversations with partners for decisions on architecture. Will manage and utilize partnerships with vendors to help them manage overall network. A lot of documentation that needs to be created. The goal being to get to a place where can make recommendations for network enhancements that will improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role will at times be customer facing with physicians and clinical staff as needed. This person will be responsible for Voice. There is still a little Call Manager but will be moving to Efacts on the UCaaS side. There is some old Cisco equipment that needs to be replaced but otherwise completely Fortinet. The data centers are set in Atlanta and Orlando which will require occasional travel.
