Job Description

Position Summary
The Senior Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring
material flow through manufacturing. This role ensures efficient production flow based on material availability and capacity, while coordinating with Purchasing, Manufacturing,
Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service to meet on- time delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain production work orders to manage manufacturing flow.
• Analyze short- and long- term constraints; recommend solutions to maintain delivery goals.
• Coordinate material flow and expedite as needed to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
• Provide frequent updates on WIP , material availability, and potential risks.
• Review and evaluate clear- to - build status, production progress, and output goals.
• Suggest process improvement opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Manage scrap or rework activities resulting from engineering changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

$70,000to $85,000 + bonus .

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in manufacturing production planning.
Strong proficiency in MRP and ERP systems.
Advanced computer skills and ability to work with digital tools.
Demonstrated success in high-volume environments.
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Excellent soft skills: strong personality, even temperament, and collaborative approach.
