Job Description
Reviewing patient schedules and preparing necessary equipment. Conduct initial assessments, monitor vital signs, and review history/medications. Utilizing your PACU experience, you manage post-procedure recovery, ensuring patients' safe recovery from minor surgical interventions and addressing immediate postoperative pain. Educate patients on pain management techniques and provide support to their families. You also conduct follow-up assessments, adjust treatments based on patient feedback, and maintain detailed patient records. Your role requires empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to effectively manage patients' pain and enhance their quality of life.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 1 year PACU RN experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Active Florida RN license
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to lift up to 50lbs
