Insight Global is looking for a candidate to fill an Insurance Verification role where they will be verifying insurance authorization for patients that are going to or have gone to one of their outpatient facilities. This candidate needs strong experience authorizing insurance, working with large insurance companies, be able to handle insurance-related inquiries, as well ask communicate with patients and schedule or reschedule their appointments. Furthermore, this candidate will identify copayments, coinsurance, and policy limitations, and advises patient and collects amount before the time of service. This candidate needs to comfortable in a high volume, high demand environment where they will be verifying approximately 50 patient's insurance and talking to 20-30 patients a day plus have a scheduling goal of 5 patients per day. This role will be in a call center environment and will not be patient facing.
