As a Software Contracts Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing software contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and risk management requirements. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, staffing suppliers, and legal teams to handle various aspects of software agreements. This role requires the ideal candidate to do contract management for Master License Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Statements of Work including vetting new deals, amendments and renewals. You will also be expected to participate in continuous improvement efforts as well as risk mitigation and value maximization. If you're detail-oriented, adept at negotiation, and passionate about optimizing contract processes, this role is for you.

At least 3 years of experience in Software Contracts
Experience with ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Procurement, and/or PeopleSoft Finance
Sourcing (competitive bidding) and contracting principles, processes, governance, and negotiations
Risk Management concepts
Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders
