Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Junior Finance Coordinator. This position is fully remote. Scheduled hours/shift are Monday- Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm EST) This person will play a key role in supporting the department during credit union and bank conversions. This role helps prepare for projects, answers questions from teams and clients, and makes sure daily tasks are done on time to avoid financial risk. The coordinator keeps in regular contact with the supervisor and lead coordinator to share updates on work and progress.

Required Skills & Experience
Basic understanding of financial reporting, reconciliation, and data entry
Comfortable using a computer, with basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organization and time management skills
Able to communicate in a positive and professional way
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Degree in finance/accounting industry background
Experienced in banking or financial services industry
Certifications like QuickBooks Certified User, Microsoft Excel Specialist, or progress toward CPA/CFA
