Key Responsibilities:
Lead GIS projects from start to finish.
Participate in client and project meetings.
Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the team.
Oversee project milestones and deliverables.
Provide regular status updates and reports.
Support production tasks as needed.
Motivate and guide team members.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in Geography, Urban or Regional Planning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems is preferred
2+ years experience with ESRI applications (e.g. ArcGIS Desktop or ArcPro)
1+ years experience with project management and responsibility with more than one GIS or data collection project
Civil 3D Experience is a major PLUS.
Desired Qualifications:
GISP certification or ArcGIS Technical Certification in Desktop, Developer, and/or Enterprise at the associate or professional level
Experience with various GIS formats
Experience with Model Builder, Python, or geoprocessing tools.
Previous work with public entities
Understanding of Arc Server Enterprise and Personal Geodatabases
Experience in public works or utilities industry
Experience with Trimble data collectors, data files, and applications
Experience with web-based GIS
Experience with MS Access, SQL Server, or Oracle
