This person will be responsible to reconciling card program transfers to Visa, developing, and delivering settlement training for credit unions. Enhance settlement and accounting knowledge for credit unions by developing and delivering training. Guide financial institutions (FIs) during portfolio conversion to Velera, ensuring smooth transitions. This position is fully remote.

Bachelor's Degree in related field or 7 years credit card experience
5 years Omaha Settlement experience
3 years Visa/MasterCard industry services experience
2 years Microsoft Office experience (advanced Word & Excel)
Communication experience with all organizational levels
Proficiency in using tools like SQL or Python for deeper data insights
Familiarity with systems beyond Omaha can provide broader insights
