Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights.
Deep expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning methodologies.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in relevant libraries and frameworks.
Skilled in data mining, data warehousing, and the use of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
Familiarity with contact center operations and customer experience metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate.
