Insight Global is looking for entry level Engineers located in Tampa, FL. This person will be supporting projects relating to distribution design for their end clients within the utilities industry. Design work will pertain replacements of poles, power lines, transmission boxes, and single target work. This person must have an eagerness and ability to learn new skills relating to design layouts and software tools for the creation of these designs.

Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial engineering
Some form of engineering software or work/school related experience: AutoCAD, CAD, blue prints, schematics, Solidworks, GIS, fielding, technician, design, troubleshooting, etc.
Internship or some professional work experience in an engineering role
Coachable eager to learn and pick up on new skills
Hardworking with an outgoing personality
Ability to be a problem solver and aptitude to be forward-thinking
Passion or interest in engineering design work relating to the distribution industry
Distribution/Telecom/Utilities Experience
