Job Description
Insight Global is hiring for an LPN in Ponte Vedra to work at a primary care facility with 4 providers and 3 LPNs. As an LPN you will be responsible for providing the following responsibilities:
• Provide nursing assistance to assigned provider
• Greet and escort patients during visit
• Obtain urine samples, EKGs, covid/flu/strep swabs, etc. when requested
• Discuss lab results with patients
• Maintain medical documentation
• Schedule care, treatment, and diagnostic tests per physician request
• Work messages in (In basket) Epic
• Dig through clinical charts to determine appropriate treatments
• Complete prior authorizations
• Call patients for scheduling
• Processes prescription requests and referrals
• Administer medication as needed

Required Skills & Experience
- LPN license
- CPR certified
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience as LPN
- Experience at a high pace/volume environment
- Primary care
- Strong communication
- HS Diploma or GED
